Central West Vitality

Mobile IV hydration • Orange NSW

Professional hydration care, brought to you.

Central West Vitality provides adult mobile IV hydration in Orange and nearby areas. Every appointment includes eligibility screening and an in-person assessment by a clinician.

For adults 18+. Treatment is never guaranteed and only proceeds when clinically appropriate.

A deliberately focused service

Hydration support—not diagnosis or treatment of an undifferentiated illness.

Clinically screened

Your online pre-screen identifies requests that may proceed, require individual review, or need urgent medical care instead.

Clinician delivered

A clinician completes an in-person assessment before any IV fluid is administered.

Mobile in Orange

Standard travel is included within approximately 10 km of Orange CBD. Locations outside this area are reviewed individually.

The service

A focused mobile hydration service.

Individual appointments

Mobile hydration for an eligible adult following screening and clinical assessment.

Group appointments

Available for groups of 3 or more at the same location. Each person is screened and assessed individually.

Outside the standard area

After-hours requests and locations more than approximately 10 km from Orange CBD are reviewed individually.

The standard service is limited to intravenous sodium chloride 0.9% or compound sodium lactate (Hartmann’s), up to 1 litre, only where authorised and clinically appropriate. Vitamins and additional medicines are not included in these advertised fees.

What happens next

From medical pre-screening to aftercare.

Medical Pre-Screening

We will send you a detailed medical pre-screen and, once reviewed, instructions for booking and payment.

We may contact you about the service address, medical history, allergies or medications before a booking can be offered.

On the Day

You will be seen by a clinician who will review your pre-screen information and complete an in-person assessment. If IV hydration remains appropriate, an IV cannula will be placed and you will be monitored during the service.

Treatment is not guaranteed and will only proceed when the attending clinician determines it is clinically appropriate.

Aftercare

After the service, the cannula will be removed and you will receive clear directions about caring for the site, continuing oral hydration, and when to seek further medical care.

Important safety information

Some requests need a different pathway.

Manual review may be required

Heart, lung, kidney or liver disease; fluid retention or swelling; urinary changes; chronic or unexplained abdominal symptoms; significant allergies, medications or other medical complexity; and service delivery outside the standard area do not automatically exclude you, but require individual review.

Do not use this service for a medical emergency

Call 000 for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, collapse, new confusion, stroke symptoms, severe or rapidly worsening abdominal pain, significant bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or any serious deterioration.

Start with the eligibility check.

Completing the enquiry does not guarantee treatment. Final eligibility is determined after the treating clinician’s in-person clinical assessment.

If IV hydration cannot be provided after arrival, a call-out and assessment fee may apply and the remaining treatment fee will be refunded. Central West Vitality may waive that fee and provide a full refund where appropriate.
